This low carb blue cheese sauce only requires two ingredients and is perfect for anyone following a LCHF way of eating.
I *love* how simple this recipe is! It is quick to make and works well with steak, chicken or even as a warm salad dressing!
All you need to do is mix blue cheese crumbles and heavy cream together in a saucepan. In the photo below I am making just one serving, but it is VERY easy to increase this for more people.
Stir over a low-medium heat until the blue cheese starts to melt. Keep cooking until the sauce starts to bubble and thicken. Then serve! I don’t think it is necessary to even add salt or black pepper – the blue cheese just adds so much flavor on its own!
