Summer is coming! Make sure you have some great popsicle recipes on hand so that you can join everyone when it comes to enjoying frozen treats! Or, like me, you see no need to wait for summer and enjoy these chocolate pudding pops all year! Made from just two ingredients, they are SUPER easy to make!

Add a packet of sugar free chocolate Jello pudding and two cups of unsweetened almond milk to a large bowl. Whisk for two minutes until smooth. Spoon or pour the mixture into popsicle molds. I used a funnel to make things easier. This recipe fills 7 of the 8 holes in this popsicle mold – which is lucky because I think my son threw one of the plastic handles in the garbage last year!Low Carb Chocolate Pudding Pops - easy sugar-free recipe with just two ingredients

Place in the freezer for at least four hours. To release the pops, run warm water over the mold until it pulls free.Low Carb Chocolate Pudding Pops - easy sugar-free recipe with just two ingredients
