Nearly every low carber I speak to misses pasta and rice – so in the second section I’ve listed some great low carb alternatives. The pasta bake contains chicken so isn’t technically a side dish – but leave the chicken out and it would taste just as delicious. And I am *loving* shirataki noodles right now – they are so versatile and SO low in carbs.
And the final section features some gorgeous salads and salsa – perfect for summer grilling and parties. The horseradish slaw is one of my favorites that I make ALL the time!
