Low Carb Berry Sauce

How to Make a Low Carb Berry Parfait

You'll need the berry sauce as mentioned earlier, plain Greek yogurt, and chopped walnuts (or you could use pecans instead). Add half the yogurt to the base of a glass or bowl. Add a layer of berry sauce, then repeat with more yogurt and sauce.

Sprinkle a few chopped walnuts over the top. They add a delicious texture and crunch to the berry parfait! You could even lightly toast the nuts first if you prefer. And that's all you need to do – it's SO quick!Low Carb Berry Parfait - a gorgeous sugar free breakfast or dessert recipe

Enjoy the cool yogurt, the soft fruity sauce and the nutty crunch topping.

For those of us how don’t use the Metric measuring system, what does 150g translates into US custom system? I’m used to using cups. I’m wanting to try it , it sounds great. Thanks for sharing.

It's about 5.5oz, or about 5/8ths of a cup! I hope that helps!
