I *love* how simple this recipe is – just two ingredients is all that you need! It is quick to make and works well with steak, chicken or even as a warm salad dressing!

I have given instructions for just one serving (because when I made it at first it was just for me), but it is VERY easy to increase this for more people. How to Make a Low Carb and Keto Blue Cheese Sauce

Mix blue cheese crumbles and heavy cream together in a saucepan (it might not look amazing but trust me, this is going to work!).

Stir over a low-medium heat until the blue cheese starts to melt. Keep cooking until the sauce starts to bubble and thicken. Then serve! I don't think it is necessary to even add salt as the blue cheese just adds so much flavor on its own. But a little grind of black pepper is nice!
