I am so excited about this book! I am one of those who is trying to live a low carb lifestyle while the rest of my family is not. It makes meal time so difficult for me. I’m constantly looking for quick ideas that I can whip up just for myself so all of the recipes in this book are perfect for me. I love how there is a list included in the book of items to get you started and to keep in stock. That will make my grocery shopping super convenient to make sure I have some staples on hand for all of the recipes. Thank you for another awesome low carb book!

This book is my new food bible! I am the only one in my family who is eating low carb and mealtimes can be tricky. Georgina has plenty of great practical advice on how to be prepared, what low carb products to stock up on and she has assembled a brilliant collection of simple, delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner including dessert. I like that most recipes can be made either in the microwave or on the stove as it’s such a waste of money to turn the oven on for just one person. Included with each recipe is nutritional data so you can keep track of your net carbs. Such a useful book when you’re not cooking for a crowd!

I live on my own and always have trouble finding *any* recipe that doesn’t waste the extra ingredients. These suit me perfectly and as Katrin said, the fact that they are nearly all of them microwaveable is so economical. And I love the desserts!

Living alone, I grew tired of translating “serves 4” or “serves 6” into single meals. This e-book really works for me. So easy to use, and the recipes are very good.
