Warm Feta, Red Pepper and Artichoke Wraps

These feta, red pepper, and artichoke wraps are low carb! Perfect for a light lunch to share.

  • 7 oz can of artichokes drained to 4oz, and roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • ½ cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup shredded Italian blend cheese divided
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 large low carb wraps


  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Place the chopped artichokes, feta, chopped roasted red peppers, half the shredded Italian blend cheese, and chopped green onions in a bowl. Season generously with salt and black pepper and stir well.
  • Place two large low carb wraps on a board and divide the filling between them. Roll them up and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and bake for another five minutes.
  • Let the wraps cool slightly then slice in half and serve warm.
