Easy Spiced Pork Chops

These spiced pork chops are an easy low carb entree - no marinating required!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 boneless pork chops

Instructions

  • In a large baggie add everything apart from the pork. Squish it around to mix everything together.
  • Add the boneless pork chops and massage the marinade sauce around the meat.
  • Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides, and discard the sauce. Cook the chops on a preheated grill pan until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with salad, horseradish coleslaw, or both!
