  • 10 oz jicama peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • black pepper and salt
  • 1 small jalapeño finely chopped


  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix everything together.
  • Store in the fridge until required.
