  • 9 oz cooked chicken chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 large tomato deseeded and chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese


  • Mix together the chicken, bacon, tomato, and mayonnaise. Stir well, then test for seasoning - add salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Divide the mixture between the lettuce leaves, and top each one with a little grated cheddar cheese.
