Steak with Burrata and Grilled Veggies

per person:

  • 1 medium steak
  • ½ tsp steak seasoning
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • ½ zucchini sliced
  • 4 cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 oz ball of burrata


  • Heat a griddle pan or outdoor grill. Season the steak with steak seasoning, then cook to your liking.
  • Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest. Add the olive oil to the pan and add the zucchini and tomatoes to the griddle or grill, and cook for 5 minutes, turning frequently.
  • Transfer the steak and vegetables to a serving plate, and tear the ball of burrata open over the steak. Grind some black pepper over the burrata, and serve.
