  • 1 tbs dry mustard powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 Prime steaks


  1. Mix all the rub ingredients together.

  2. Press the rub onto both sides of the steaks before grilling to required level of doneness.
