This turkey meat sauce is super easy to make and is a fantastic low carb way to feed your family! Dairy free and keto friendly recipe.

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 15 oz canned tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper


  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the turkey. Cook for 5 minutes or until the meat is browned all over.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, and cook over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the liquid has reduced and a sauce has formed.
  • Season generously with salt and pepper.
