Step-by-Step Instructions
- Add the Jello, gelatin, and water to a small saucepan and stir. Place over a low heat and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until all the crystals have dissolved. Don't let it boil.
- Set the silicone mold on a small tray or chopping board. Remove the pan from the heat and use the dropper to fill the cavities.
- When all the cavities are filled, transfer the tray to the fridge for around 30 minutes until the bears are set.
- Pop the gummy bears out of the mold and enjoy!

Notes
Makes 1 tray of about 50 small gummy bears (2 servings of 25 bears).
Use ¼ cup water for firm, chewy bears, or ⅓ cup for softer bears (you'll have a little extra mixture, so have a second mold ready).
About 3g net carbs per serving. Sugar free Jello can be swapped for another sugar free gelatin mix, such as Simply Delish.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
