Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Prepare the Kbosh pizza crust by placing it (straight from the freezer) into a non-stick skillet. Cook over a medium heat for a few minutes or until it starts to turn brown on both sides.
- Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat. Use the same skillet to cook the bacon.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together in a jug. Add the olive oil to a saucepan and add place over a medium heat. Add the egg mixture, and scramble, stirring occasionally.
- When the eggs are nearly cooked, spread them over the pizza crust. When the bacon is almost cooked to your liking, remove it from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Remember that the bacon and eggs will cook more in the oven so it is OK if they are a little undercooked.
- Chop the bacon and place it over the eggs. Top everything with the cheese. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and starting to brown.
- Transfer the pizza to a cutting board, let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
