This low carb hurricane is my version of the popular cocktail from New Orleans! It's sugar free, dairy free, and keto friendly.

The Hurricane cocktail is a sweet alcoholic drink made with rum, lemon or lime juice, and passion fruit syrup. It is one of many popular drinks served in New Orleans and was invented in the 1940s. It is traditionally served in the tall, curvy eponymous "hurricane glass".
To make this cocktail sugar free and keto-friendly, I had to make a LOT of changes! Well, the rum stays, as does the lime juice - and I really do think you need fresh lime juice for this drink. The orange juice has been replaced with an extract (like I used in my low carb margarita), and of course I've used my low carb simple syrup in place of a high-sugar version.
The passion fruit substitute was a little trickier, but I found an unsweetened passion fruit concentrate on Amazon!
