You seriously have to try these yummy sugar free nutty morsels! All you need is butter, vanilla, low carb sweetener, and of course pecans. For the sweetener I’d recommend Lakanto but you could also use granular Swerve or xylitol.

Low Carb Caramelized Pecans
These low carb caramelized pecans are made in the slow cooker! They are perfect for snacking, salads, Greek yogurt, desserts, and more!
- 6 oz (1½ cups) pecan halves
- 3 tbs unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbs Lakanto
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker, and stir well.
Cook on low setting for one hour.
- Spread the pecans onto a baking sheet to cool, then store in an airtight container.
2g net carbs per serving of approximately one ounce.
