If you love bacon and are looking for a great grilling recipe, these skewers are the perfect choice!
To make this delicious dish, thread cubes of chicken onto metal skewers, weaving a strip of bacon around the chicken. I’ve used this set of non-stick skewers before and they work great – the skewer rack is so useful!

Cook on a preheated grill until the chicken is cooked through (use a probe thermometer to check).
To serve, slide the meat off the skewers and onto a plate, then enjoy!
These were SO easy and SO tasty – and very versatile in the seasonings and flavorings that could be added. Actually, the first time I made these we liked them so much that I rushed back inside to make some more. But we’d run out of chicken so I used mushrooms instead which were just as good with the bacon!

I know the main focus of this is the chcken skewers, but I got SO excited when I saw the mushrooms being threaded on. I can’t wait to try this at the July 4th BBQ I’m going to. Sounds like the perfect combo for me! I love bacon and mushrooms!
Thanks, Vicky! Have a great weekend!
