How to Make Chicken and Bacon Skewers on the Grill
To make this delicious dish, thread cubes of chicken onto metal skewers, weaving a strip of bacon around the chicken. I've used this set of non-stick skewers before and they work great – the skewer rack is so useful!
Sprinkle some seasoning over everything (salt, pepper, and anything else you fancy!) and the preparation is all done!
Cook on a preheated grill until the chicken is cooked through (use a probe thermometer to check).
To serve, slide the meat off the skewers and onto a plate, then enjoy!
These were SO easy and SO tasty – and very versatile in the seasonings and flavorings that could be added. Actually, the first time I made these we liked them so much that I rushed back inside to make some more. But we'd run out of chicken so I used mushrooms instead which were just as good with the bacon!
