Five ingredients? Yes really! Well, and an optional sixth ingredient of a shaved chocolate garnish. 🙂
The base is made from a very significant time-saver: this Graham Cracker Style Pie Crust Mix from Dixie USA. There are two packs of mix with each bag, and total carb count for the whole mix is 9g – net!! You might remember it from my low carb S'mores Pie? It doesn't even have a scary ingredients list; the main ingredients are pecans, almonds, soy flour, soluble vegetable fiber, and flax seeds.
Note: You could also try a combination of almond flour and melted butter like I use in my low carb blackberry cheesecake recipe!
For the filling I used a combination of Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding (made up with unsweetened almond milk) and whipped cream. If you haven't tried Simply Delish yet, it is aspartame free, gelatin free, and doesn't contain any artificial flavors or colors! Plus you can get 10% off your whole order when you use coupon code “SAFTC”!

How to Make a Keto Chocolate Mousse Pie
Make the base by combining the Pie Crust Mix with melted butter, and pressing it into a 9″ or 10″ pie plate.
Beat some heavy cream until soft peaks form, then set aside.
In a separate bowl (but you can use the same beaters), make the chocolate pudding according to the pack instructions.
Carefully combine the cream and the pudding together.
Spoon it into the prepared crust, level the top, and place in the fridge for at least two hours.
The combination of the nutty, buttery crust and the fluffy chocolatey topping is fantastic!
Simply Delish also make vanilla, banana, and strawberry pudding mixes – so it would be easy to change the flavor profile!
