This low carb S’mores Pie is a sugar free recipe that requires just six ingredients! Ooey gooey deliciousness!

Aaaaah, S’mores. That classic combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and melted marshmallow. Thought you’d never be able to enjoy those flavors again on a low carb diet? Think again!
This low carb S’mores pie only uses six ingredients. One of the main ingredients is a very significant shortcut: this Graham Cracker Style Pie Crust Mix from Dixie USA. There are two packs of mix with each bag, and each mix fills a 9″ pie pan. The total carb count for the whole mix is 9g – net!! It doesn’t even have a scary ingredients list; the main ingredients are pecans, almonds, soy flour, soluble vegetable fiber, and flax seeds.
Added to the pie crust mix I’ve made a filling from sugar free chocolate Jello, and then topped it with melted low carb marshmallows from La Nouba. I’ve used the marshmallows before in my Low Carb Hot Chocolate Mug Cake and I’m a huge fan! They’re super low in carbohydrates as long as you don’t count sugar alcohols in your carb counting. If you do – why not try this Marshmallow Fluff mix instead?!?
To make the crust, melt some unsalted butter then add the pie crust mix. Stir well, then press it into the 9″ pan. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
To make the chocolate filling, add the Jello powder, unsweetened almond milk and cornstarch to a stand mixer and whisk until smooth. As I mentioned when I made my Chocolate and Hazelnut Pie – the Jello pudding won’t set when blended with almond milk, so you DO need that extra cornstarch.
Pour the filling into the chilled pie crust, smooth over, then return it to the fridge until set (allow at least an hour).
To finish, add the marshmallows to a bowl and melt them in the microwave in short bursts – mine only took 45 seconds but all microwaves are different! Spread the gooey marshmallow over the chocolate – a small palette knife dipped in water is useful here as it’s pretty sticky!
Just like a real S’mores, this low carb Smore’s pie is NOT a neat dessert – it’s ooey, gooey, and you’ll get messy eating it. But it tastes fantastic!!!

- Melt the butter and mix it with the Pie Crust Mix. Press into a 9" pie pan. Place in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Add the Jello powder, cornstarch and milk to a stand mixer bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour into the chilled crust, then cover. Place in the fridge for at least one hour or until set.
- Place the marshmallows in a bowl and microwave in short bursts until melted. Spread the marshmallow over the top of the pie.
6g net carbs per serving
Note: The marshmallows contain sugar alcohols which are not included in the above carb count. If you include sugar alcohols as carbohydrates in your diet, the total will be nearer 12.4g net carbs per serving.
