Low Carb Caramelized Pecans
These low carb caramelized pecans are made in the slow cooker! They are perfect for snacking, salads, Greek yogurt, desserts, and more!
Ingredients
- 6 oz (1½ cups) pecan halves
- 3 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbs Lakanto
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker, and stir well.
- Cook on low setting for one hour.
- Spread the pecans onto a baking sheet to cool, then store in an airtight container.
Notes
