I have been making variations of this recipe since I first started low carbing many years ago! It really couldn’t be quicker to make – and no cooking involved! I highly recommend that you try it! If you can’t find smoked trout then you could try smoked mackerel or any smoked fish! I’ve shown hickory smoked trout in the photos here but that isn’t essential.
