Burrata is one of my favorite cheeses – and it pairs perfectly with this seasoned steak and vegetables. It's like a ball of fresh mozzarella with a creamy center – and the key for this recipe is to find the small 2 oz balls (I get mine from CostCo or my online grocery shop, Peapod!). They're useful for salads, appetizers, and even snacking!
If you can't find the mini burrata balls, you could substitute with a quarter of a regular size ball of burrata or even small balls of fresh mozzarella.

How to Make Steak with Burrata and Grilled Veggies
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill. Season a steak (I used New York strip) with your favorite steak seasoning, then cook to your liking. Always check the ingredients on any steak seasoning – for reasons beyond me they often seem to be loaded with sugar! Oh and if you love steak – I'd definitely recommend checking out Omaha Steaks for great deals on amazing quality meat!
The creamy burrata over the seasoned steak is SUCH a good combination!
