If you're looking for a delicious and decadent dessert – you just HAVE to try this dip! It's seriously a crowd pleaser.
It's quick and easy to make, but you will obviously need some good low carb chocolate chips. I've used dark chocolate mini chips from Lily’s. for many years – and I'm still a huge fan. But recently I discovered Know Better Chocolate Chips, which you can buy from Netrition. They're sweetened with allulose, and they're zero carb!

How To Make a Low Carb Chocolate Chip Dip
Stir in the chocolate chips. You could even customize the dip at this point and add some ground cinnamon, or toasted chopped nuts!
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, then cover and leave in the fridge. For best results, remove the dip from the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
You can serve this yummy chocolate chip dip with fresh strawberries, as shown here, or perhaps some sweet tortilla chips! My low carb cinnamon chips recipe would be ideal!

- Combine the softened cream cheese and butter in a stand mixer.
- Add in the confectioner’s Swerve and vanilla extract, and beat again until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, then cover and leave in the fridge.
