To make these super simple chips you'll need to find some sliced pepperoni that you like – nearly every kind that I looked at had zero or 1g net carbs per serving. Obviously buy the zero carb kind if you can!
If you're looking for no carb chips – you'll definitely want to try them – they are SO full of flavor!

How to Make Microwave Pepperoni Chips
Place the slices on a piece of kitchen paper and then onto a microwaveable plate.
Microwave the pepperoni until crispy – cooking time will depend on the thickness of the slices and individual microwave. But in mine it takes about 45-60 seconds. 🙂 They smell pretty good when cooking!
Place another piece of kitchen paper over the top to soak up any excess oil.
Then enjoy these crispy little pepperoni chips microwave – style!! You can just eat them as they are or you could use them to scoop up some dip. Salsa, guacamole (try my Easy Creamy Guacamole recipe), ranch, BBQ sauce, or sour cream are all tasty options!
Try serving these pepperoni chips at your next party, game day, or pretty much any celebration! You might need to double or triple the recipe, though! Here's the chips with some guac:

Anyone tried these in an oven? I don't own a microwave

I have made these in the oven. I believe I had it on 350 degrees and it’s just a few minutes . You can also put a bit of mozzarella cheese on if you would like a little something extra. I make this before there was a recipe posted. They are good.

It took two minutes for mine to crisp up. My micro is a pretty powerful, large wall mounted unit, only a couple years old.
