To make these super simple chips you’ll need to find some sliced pepperoni that you like – nearly every kind that I looked at had zero or 1g net carbs per serving.
Place the slices on a piece of kitchen paper and then onto a microwaveable plate.
Microwave the pepperoni until crispy – cooking time will depend on the thickness of the slices and individual microwave. But in mine it takes about 45-60 seconds. 🙂 They smell pretty good when cooking!
Place another piece of kitchen paper over the top to soak up any excess oil.
Then enjoy these crispy little chips! You can just eat them as they are or you could use them to scoop up some dip. Salsa, guacamole (try my Easy Creamy Guacamole recipe) or sour cream is tasty!
