These keto gummies are sugar free, aspartame free, and gelatin free - plus they don't contain any artificial colors or flavors!
Disclosure: I was provided with these jel desserts from Simply Delish free of charge in exchange for my fair and honest review. Please see my disclosure policy. Some of the most popular recipes on my blogs are the gummy candies: Zero Carb Gummy Candy, Low Carb Gummy Bears, and Low Carb Sour Gummy Bears. For all these recipes I use sugar free Jello - but many readers prefer not to use it because it contains aspartame and other artificial ingredients. If this sounds like you, then let me introduce you to SIMPLY DELISH!
As you can see they have a great range of gel desserts and instant pudding mixes too - and they're all keto friendly! Sounds too good to be true? Here's the nutritional data and ingredients for the strawberry flavor:
Not too scary! And they're not stupidly expensive either - $2.99 each plus they are available in variety packs of four for $11.96. PLUS you can get 10% off when you use coupon code SAFTC - bargain! Update: I've now used the strawberry jel dessert to make yummy low carb "Jello" bombs!
To make the gummies I did extensive testing to try and get the right ratio of water to powder to get the correct texture - hopefully you'll agree that my final result is the best one!
How to Make Keto Gummies
Pour a packet of Simply Delish gel dessert (any flavor) into a small saucepan and add water. Place over a low heat, and stir constantly until the powder has dissolved.
Working quickly, spoon the mixture into silicone candy molds. A squeeze bottle or tapered spoon is useful to reduce spills.
Let cool completely, then transfer to the fridge for at least an hour. I place each mold on a small cutting board to keep it flat while moving it.
Press the gummies out of the molds, and store in the fridge until required.
These are great for a quick sweet treat - and the best part is that they are zero carb!
