Now, there are many recipes around for spiced pork chops, but most of them involve marinating. I discovered that it really isn't necessary! So this low carb recipe is even easier - just dunk the pork in the spice mix and get grilling!

How to Make Easy Spiced Pork Chops
Grab a large plastic sealable bag (and preferably place it in a baggy stand - you DO have one of those, don't you?!?) and add olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, ground cumin, garlic paste and salt and pepper. Squish it around to mix everything together.
Add the boneless pork chops and massage the marinade sauce around the meat. I did this while my grill pan was heating up - so the meat was in the spice mix for only about five minutes!
Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides, and discard the sauce. Cook the chops until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side for chops with an average thickness.
Serve with salad, horseradish coleslaw, or both!

Sorry, it's a Foodsaver. It seals airtight for the freezer. So the question would be does the marinated meat freeze well?
Gini says
Yes, it does!

Quick question, was just looking for a low carb recipe for big package of bone in pork chops I bought on sale, any reason why this wouldn't work on bone in? I was intending to cook in cast iron skillet.
Georgina says
I think a bone-in chop would work just as well!
Melinda Carter says
I cooked mine in a cast iron skillet. My family loved them. I also doubled the recipe

As this recipe is listed in a "Freezer Meal" post, where are the directions for using it as such? Does one cook before or afterwards?
Georgina says
Could you tell me where you saw the freezer meal post? It isn't one that I have written, and haven't written the recipe that way. So it looks like someone else has linked to me but incorrectly.
