I’ve been enjoying homemade Parmesan crisps for ten years now! I’ve shown how to make them with different flavors, and I have also added them to my Caesar Salad to replace the croutons. But now I’ve gone one step further and added lots more to them – and recreated all the flavors of an Everything bagel!
The seeds really add to the taste and texture. Both my husband and I loved them and ate the whole batch in just a few minutes! All you need to do is mix together shredded Parmesan, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Then divide the mixture between a 12-hole muffin pan. Place under a preheated broiler for just a minute or two until the cheese has melted.
Leave to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack. They will crisp up and be ready to eat!

"Everything" Parmesan Crisps
If you love the flavors of "Everything" bagels - try these low carb Everything Parmesan Crisps! Keto, LCHF, and gluten free snack recipe.
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Preheat the broiler (overhead grill).
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cups, then broil until the cheese has melted - between 1-3 minutes.
Let the crisps cool in the muffin cups for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack for a further 10 minutes to crisp up.
Recipe makes 12 crisps.
