This recipe was inspired by my love of chicken wings (check out these 18 low carb recipes!!!) and also by one of my most popular recipes, the decadent low carb Alfredo Sauce. The wings are oven baked with a light seasoning, and then bathed in a wonderfully rich and creamy sauce.

How to Make Low Carb Alfredo Chicken Wings
Prepare the wings by cutting off (and discarding) the tips, then splitting the other two sections (wingettes and drumettes) in half with a sharp pair of poultry shears or a knife.
Place them on a baking tray lined with foil or a silicone mat and lightly spray them with olive oil spray. Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake the wings in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked through. During the last five minutes of cooking time, prepare the sauce by melting some butter in a small saucepan, then whisking in heavy cream and shredded Parmesan (I use a non-stick mini whisk for this, which is perfect).
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cooked wings in a bowl, pour the sauce over and turn the wings to coat them thoroughly.
Serve, garnish with chopped fresh parsley leaves.
This recipe serves 1-2 people, depending on how hungry you are. The carb count is super low either way! And it's very easy to double if you need to feed more people.
