I often find that you can eat quite simply on a low carb diet – grilled meat or fish with some delicious veggies or salad. But keto sauces can really help to liven up the dish – and usually only require a few ingredients! You’ll also find keto dips, condiments, salsas, vinaigrettes, jams, frostings, marinades, and more!

I’ve listed the savory and sweet sauces separately, which I think is helpful. Although there are some cross-overs – like this raspberry chipotle sauce!

My favorite savory low carb and keto sauces are the low carb white sauce (essential for making lasagna!), low carb cocktail sauce (just two ingredients and perfect with shrimp), low carb Hollandaise sauce (serve it over asparagus!), and this decadent low carb alfredo sauce – I love it with zucchini, low carb pasta, chicken wings, and more!

My top sweet keto and low carb sauces are this low carb caramel apple sauce (it’s wonderful over low carb vanilla ice cream or pancakes), low carb cranberry sauce (Thanksgiving wouldn’t be the same without it!), and my low carb marshmallow fluff – which quite frankly is perfect eaten with a spoon!
