Breakfast can be one of the trickiest meals to eat when you are following a low carb diet. Eggs and bacon are a standard, of course, but not everyone wants to cook it every day! Personally I like to keep it simple during the week – maybe a protein shake or a low carb wrap filled with cooked bacon and a hard boiled egg, but at the weekend I want a change.
